Big pack KM's quilling pen

5 pcs. Karen-Marie's red quillingpen.
The pen is extremely suitable for beginners and children. It is 9 cm long and made of plastic. Great handling. It's easy to get the paper strip into the slot. You can put several strips in at once, if you want to create multi-colored shapes eg. quillingeggs. Never wrap too tightly as you will have difficulty shaping your quillingfigur. Roll lightly to get the best result.
For 3 and 5 mm strips.
There is a little instruction in the package.

During the renaissance, nuns and monks used quilling to decorate book covers and religious items. The paper used was strips of paper trimmed from the gilded edges of books. These gilded paper strips were then rolled to create the quilled shapes.
Quilling is a technique that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.
