Gigant butterfly artquilling template
Artquilling.
Quillingboard with a beautiful butterfly.
The Quillingboard is including cardboard and a little guidance. No detailed instruction, as this project is for experienced quillers.
Let the plastic bag stay on so that the glue does not damage the instruction. Make your quilling directly on top so you get the right measures and sizes.

The final result is incredibly beautiful. Hang it up, stick it on a canvas or place in a 3D frame.
Remember to glue well as this also reinforces the project.

The level is 4 of 7.
The butterfly is 44 cm high and 35 cm wide.

You also need: quillingstrips, quillingpen, comb, glue, pins.
Our mix packs are super good for this project. Here we use the technique "Galaxy".

WHAT IS QUILLING?

During the renaissance, nuns and monks used quilling to decorate book covers and religious items. The paper used was strips of paper trimmed from the gilded edges of books. These gilded paper strips were then rolled to create the quilled shapes.
Quilling is a technique that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.
